CLAA SUPPORT SERVICES
With almost 2,000 students from all over the world using the CLAA program at all hours of the day, our support work never stops. Many tell us we're not charging enough for what we provide, but our distance learning program provides the content for parents and students to make use of on their own and we believe that should be available at a low cost to as many as possible. This page provides CLAA families with information on support services available to CLAA families.
Standard Support Services
With every enrollment in the CLAA, a 10% Support Services fee is charged that provides for basic and necessary support for distance learning families. This support is not intended to provide tutorial help for students, but for help with necessary issues, including:

Live chat support is available to CLAA students on the CLAA website on Fridays from 3 to 5 pm, and anytime staff members are online. This is a very efficient source of support, but availability is limited. When students see the "Online Now" message, they can take advantage of the service, but it is available only as often as we can afford to make it available.
All Standard Support Services are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No time guarantee can be provided. Families that wish to transform the distance learning environment are able to do so by subscribing to our Priority and Tutorial Services below.
Tutorial Services
Our most complete support service optionThe director of the CLAA, William Michael, offers direct tutorial services to distance learning students who would like the same kind of expert and friendly help that Mr. Michael gives to his own classroom students. Students enrolled in tutorial services have access to Mr. Michael during their school day (8:00a to 3:00p) and in the evening (7:00p to 9:00p).
Just like students in a classroom, Mr. Michael's tutorial students are free to contact him whenever they have questions or get stuck in their CLAA studies. These services also benefit students in allowing Mr. Michael to serve as a source of academic and personal reference if/when the time comes for college admission.

Direct tutorial services transform the distance learning experience and are available by the following subscriptions.
