ONLINE ENROLLMENT APPLICATION

This form is for new CLAA families to enroll new students in CLAA courses. Existing families and students login here.  While most applications are approved, this form is not an automatic enrollment.  Please read all directions carefully as you move through the form to avoid delays in processing. All families are assessed a $70 support and administrative services fee yearly in addition to course fees.
